K-12th Grade Education Forum
Mark your calendars for this free education forum – Navigating Resources for K-12 Education – Sat., Jan 25 from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. here at Ebenezer. Featuring panel discussions and workshops on a wide range of topics. Workshop facilitators and panelists include Dr. Judith White, Chief Academic Officer of Prince George’s County Public Schools; Dr. Monica Goldson, V. P. – Maryland State Board of Education; Sis. Tamara Johnson, Independent Education Consultant; Sis. Jaime Whitfield-Coffin, Exec. Dir. of Charles County Public Schools; Bro. Marcus Whitfield, Mental Health Specialist and others. Register to attend HERE. This event is free and breakfast, lunch and childcare is included. Educational vendors with products and resources that target the K-12th grade audience are also needed. Warm Nights Pajamas Donation Drive
In support of this year’s Warm Nights program, the Potters House is holding a “pajamas” drive from Monday, January 6th through Friday, January 24th. Donations of NEW pajamas for Men, Women, children and youth are requested. Please see Ebenezer’s website for requested sizes. You can drop off your donations in the designated donation boxes in the Narthex of the church.
Young Adult Vision & Prayer Board Activity
Young Adults & Millennials, come out for a Vision Board Activity on Thurs., Jan. 23 at 7 p.m. where we will create a visual representation of what God has for us in 2025! Materials and light food will be provided.
Youth Vision Board Activity
Kids and Teens will create vision boards for 2025 on Fri., Jan 24 at Ebenezer AME Church from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Vision board kits will be provided. Registration is required by Weds., Jan. 22. Register to attend HERE
Premarital Class with Pastor Jo Ann Browning
Engaged and seriously dating couples are invited to a free “Bone of My Bone” Premarital Class Teaching with Pastor Jo Ann Browning on Tues., Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. here at Ebenezer. Please register to attend HERE.
BALM Valentine Paint Part
Married, Engaged and Seriously Dating Couples, come out for a afternoon of relaxation and painting at the Valentine Paint Party on Sat., Feb. 15 from 12 noon – 2 p.m. here at Ebenezer. Cost is $70/couple. Paint supplies and light refreshments are included. Purchase your tickets here.
Expungement & Resources Fair
Ebenezer will host an expungement fair for the recently incarcerated and those seeking to be engaged in the process of having their court records expunged. Attorneys will be on-site to assist with the expungement filing process. Register to attend HERE. This is a free event hosted by the African & African-American Liberation Ministry, Social Conscious Ministry and Delegate Kent Roberson.

Or you may come to the altar to pray the prayer of salvation with a member of our ministerial staff during our in-person worship experience.
