A.I. For Small Business Workshop

The Christian Business Ministry invites everyone to attend their “A.I. for Small Business” Workshop on Mon., Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. at the church. Guest Presenters are Bro. Jeremy and Sis. Shayla Treadwell. This event is free and open to everyone.

40 Days 40 Items Donations

The Alice B. Chapman Missionary Society YPD, Ebenezer Lay Organization and Jewels Ministry invite everyone to participate in their 40 days 40 Items Lent Season Challenge. Each day during Lent, remove an item from your closet that you no longer want or need and place in your donation bag. Donation bags can be picked up in the church Narthex after worship service on Sun., Feb. 23, 2025 and Sun., Mar. 2, 2025. Filled bags can be dropped off on Sat., April 19, 2025 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Women’s Resource & Restoration Center Parking Lot on Ebenezer’s campus. 

40 Day Target Boycott 

2nd Episcopal District Bishop Reginald T. Jackson has issued a call to boycott Target Corporation stores for 40 days to protest its recent reversal on diversity, equity and inclusion. Everyone is encouraged to participate by not purchasing anything from Target (either in-store or online), starting on Weds., March 5, 2025. Persons interested in supporting Black-owned products sold in Target are encouraged to purchase those items online directly from the company or to contact your local chamber of commerce. More information will be forthcoming on Ebenezer’s website.

Children & Youth Black History Movie & Trivia Night 

Join us for a special Black History Month activity on Fri., Feb. 28 at 6:30 p.m. Youth will watch the inspiring movie “Ruby Bridges”, followed by a fun discussion, trivia, snacks, and prizes. It’s a great opportunity for our youth to learn, reflect, and celebrate Black history together. Registration is required. Click HERE to register to attend. 

Ebenezer Golf Ministry Golf Classes 

The Golf Ministry is holding nine weeks of golf instruction for new and seasoned golfers. Classes are virtual and in-person and will start on Thurs., Mar. 6. Cost is $150. Click HERE to register. For more information, email golfministry@ebenezerame.org. 

Women’s Season 2025  

Sisters, the 41st Annual Women’s Season kicks off on Sun., Mar. 9 at 5 p.m. with our Women’s Season Kick-Off, Consecration and Commitment service. Come out to be consecrated as we kick off this important season in the life of our church. Wear white if you are able. Following the service, you will be able to sign up for the various Women’s Season activities and committees.
