Learn about multiple streams of income and entrepreneurship at this free workshop hosted by the Christian Business Ministry on Mon., July 27 at 7 p.m. here at Ebenezer. 

“Who Do I Call” Civic Engagement Forum 

The Lay Organization and Social Conscious Ministry will host a forum on the various political roles and responsibilities in Local, State and Federal governments on Sat., August 1 at 9:30 a.m. Learn who to contact for education, pothole repair, grants and other services. Bring your questions as we prepare for the November General Election.

Summer Preaching Series starts on August 9th 

Join us throughout the month of August for our Summer Sunday Worship Preaching Series at 9 a.m.: August 9 – Evangelist Dr. Susie Owens; August 16 – Dr. Charles Jenkins; August 23 – Pastor Marissa Farrow; August 30 – Pastor Jamal H. Bryant. 

Liturgical Dance Revival on Fri., August 7 

The Liturgical Dance Ministry will host “Dance Revival – For Us By Us”, Fri., August 7 at 7 p.m. with Masterclass with Rev. Dr. Thema Bryant and Embodied Prayer with Min. Amanda Standard. This event is free and open to everyone but registration is requested. Register to attend HERE.

B.A.L.M. Couples All White Brunch on Sun., August 9

Married, Engaged and Dating Couples are invited for an All White (with a touch of Black) & Sneakers Brunch on Sun., August 9 from 12 p.m – 4 p.m. at Harborside Hotel in Oxon Hill, MD. Tickets are $170/couple and can be purchased HERE.

Combined Usher Board Recruitment Drive

The Combined Usher Board is looking for new members who desire to serve as ushers (youth, young adult and adult) at our various worship services. For more information, contact Sis. Mary Taylor at taylorm@ebenezerame.org. 

Ebenezer Orchestra Recruiting for New Members

The Ebenezer Orchestra is looking for talented instrumentalists to join the Orchestra. High School students in need of community service hours are also welcome. Rehearsals are held on Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Email esorchestra@ebenezerame.org for more information.

Sunday School 

Sunday School for children and youth is held each Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on the third floor of the main sanctuary. Sunday School for adults is held virtually on Zoom at 7:30 a.m. each Sunday. For more information on how to join, email sundayschool@ebenezerame.org.
