Tutorial Classes are available

The Tutorial Ministry holds tutorial classes on Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm, starting October 7th and 9th.
If parents are interested in having tutoring for a student in grades kindergarten and 12th grade please email: tutorial@ ebenezer ame.org.

2025 Men’s Health Awareness Fair and Pre-Conference Briefing

Brothers, prepare for the upcoming Men’s Conference by attending the Men’s Pre-Conference Briefing on Tues., Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. Also that evening at 6 p.m. , there will be a Health Awareness Fair providing health screenings and important health and wellness information.

Manhood Rites of Passage 2025-2026 Season

Registration is now open for Manhood Rites of Passage for young men ages 12-16. Informational meetings for parents and young men will be held in person on Mon., Nov. 17, Thurs., Dec. 11 and Thurs., Dec 18 at 7 p.m.  at 7806 Allentown Road (Original Sanctuary). A virtual meeting will be held on Mon., Nov. 24. Please visit ebenezerame.org to register for the meeting.

Male Adult mentors(ages 21+) are also needed. Register to attend the interest meeting on Weds., Dec. 3.

Thanksgiving Food Gift Card Giveaway

Ebenezer outreach will give away 2000 grocery gift cards on a first come-first serve basis to the first 2000 cars on Weds., Nov. 19 starting at 12 noon. Please remain in your car when coming to the church. One card per car.

Men’s Pre-Conference Revival Worship Service

The entire church and community is invited to the Men’s Pre-Conference Revival Service on Weds., Nov. 19 at 7p.m. Be part of this powerful worship experience and hear a Word from retired A.M.E. Pastor Rev. Dr. Lee P. Washington. This service is open to everyone – men and women.

2025 Men’s Conference Registration

Registration is now open for the 2025 Men’s Conference on Thurs., Nov. 20 – 22 at its new location, Hilton Fairfax in Fairfax, VA. Cost is $375 for a double room and $500 for a single room and includes overnight accommodations, all meals, worship services, workshops and activities. Register to attend HERE.

2025 41st Annual Men’s Day

Join us for worship on Sun., Nov. 23 at 9 a.m. as the Men culminate their 2025 Men’s Season and celebrate Men’s Day. Our guest preacher is Bishop Vernon R. Byrd, Bishop of the 17th Episcopal District of the A.M.E. Church.

Angel Tree Annual Donation Drive

Please donate gift cards in $25 and $50 increments to support the purchase of Christmas gifts for children of incarcerated parents and other children in our community that are in need. Cards will be collected in the Narthex and Admin Area after worship service on Sunday, November 23, November 30 and December 7 and on Sat., Dec. 6 in the Admin Area between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon. Gift cards from the following retailers are requested: Children’s Place, DTLR, JC Penney,  MasterCard/Visa/American Express, Nike, and Walmart. You can also donate funds toward this effort by going to ebenezerame.org/giving. Please indicate “Angel Tree” when making your gift.
