Ebenezer, under the leadership of our Pastors, the health ministry and other experts invites you to join on this focused and individualized journey for an improved mind, body and soul. Join the Health Ministry THIS Thurs. March 7th at 7:00 pm for a Zoom call with experts who will discuss this “journey”, answer your specific questions and give you tools for you, your family and friends. Topics will include how to naturally control your blood pressure, deal with memory loss and/or concerns about dementia, the connection between food and weight gain or loss and more!
