Men’s Season Outreach Partnership with Mobile Homeless Van Ministry

Men of Ebenezer, let’s put our faith into action. As part of Men’s Season 2026, the Brothers of Ebenezer are joining our Mobile Homeless Van Ministry to serve individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington, D.C. There are three ways you can help: 1. Serve meals at the New York Avenue Men’s Emergency Shelter. 2.  Help pack and load the bus beginning at 9:00 a.m.  3. Drop off new or gently used winter clothing on Sat., Nov. 14 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. in men and women’s sizes, such as hats, coats, gloves, sweatshirts, thermal clothing, socks, boots, shoes. We’ll be at 7806 Allentown Road  starting at 9:00 a.m. The bus will depart at 11:00 a.m. Wear Ebenezer attire if you have it;  Van Ministry members will be in blue T-shirts and hoodies. Dress for serving in an alley, and wear comfortable shoes. Sign up by Sunday, November 8 at the registration table in the Narthex. Brothers, let’s make a difference through service, compassion, and love!
